We’re a little camera-shy—how do you make us feel comfortable?

Honestly, most of our couples start by telling us they "aren't models," and that is exactly why they hire us! We know how it feels to be on the other side of the lens, so we keep things light, easy, and fun.


Our editorial and documentary approach means we focus on movement and genuine connection rather than stiff, traditional posing. We’ll play games, share jokes, and find moments of real laughter together. Usually, within the first ten minutes, it feels less like a photo shoot and more like you're just hanging out with good friends who happen to have cameras. We guide you naturally to ensure you look like the best, most relaxed version of yourselves. At the end of the day, we truly care about you and your story—and we think that’s what makes all the difference.

FAQ

How far in advance should we book a couples or portrait session?

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially if you want a weekend or golden hour time.

It’s also a good idea to have a few dates in mind, so we can stay flexible if the weather decides to be dramatic.

If you have a specific season or location in mind, the earlier the better, because our wedding schedule fills up quickly. But if you’re flexible, we can sometimes make it happen sooner.

What should we wear for our couples or portrait session?

Wear something that feels like you, but a little more intentional.

We recommend timeless, comfortable pieces in colors that photograph well, like neutrals, soft tones, black, cream, navy, or earthy shades. Try to avoid loud logos or very busy patterns.

You don’t need to match each other, just make sure your outfits feel like they belong together.

Comfortable shoes are a very good idea, especially since we usually walk and take a lot of photos along the way. We also recommend leaving bags at home or keeping them very minimal.

Pinterest is a great place to start, save a few images that speak to you and notice what they have in common.

Most importantly, choose something you can move, breathe, hug, and laugh in. Confidence photographs best.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

We know how excited you are to see your photos, and we’re always working hard to deliver them as soon as possible without rushing the care they deserve.

During the height of wedding season, final galleries are usually delivered within up to 60 business days, with a sneak peek in 1–2 weeks.

During the off-season, final galleries are usually delivered within up to 30 business days, with a sneak peek in about 1 week.

Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. Your final gallery includes high-resolution digital files and printing rights, so you can download, share, and print your photos wherever you’d like.

We also offer beautifully designed wedding albums starting at $1,200. Final pricing depends on the size, number of pages, and any custom details you choose.
