Frequently asked questions
Will our wedding be captured on film or digital?
We love the best of both worlds! We primarily shoot with high-end digital cameras to ensure every fast-moving moment is saved with perfect clarity. However, we also have a deep heart for the soul of analog film. If you love that timeless "French chic" aesthetic, we can easily add 35mm or medium format film to your day. This allows us to capture those quiet, grainy, and nostalgic textures that make your gallery feel like a true piece of art.
Can we see a full wedding gallery?
Absolutely. While our portfolio shows highlights, we believe in the transparency of showing full real weddings. We are happy to share complete galleries from venues like The Foundry or Wythe Hotel so you can see our consistency from start to finish.
How do you handle lighting for indoor or late-night NYC celebrations?
New York is famous for its moody, romantic venues—from the industrial charm of The Foundry to the classic elegance of The Beekman Hotel. We are photography nerds - we’ve spent years mastering light. Whether it’s a candlelit ceremony or a high-energy dance floor, we use professional lighting and filters to keep your photos looking cinematic and natural. Our goal is always to preserve the "feeling" of the room, exactly as you remember it.
Have you worked at our specific venue before?
We have been lucky enough to document love stories at many of New York’s most iconic spots—from the industrial heights of The Greenpoint Loft and the Wythe Hotel to the timeless elegance of The Manhatta and Weilyn.
However, even if we’ve been to a venue many times, we believe every wedding is a brand-new story. The light at the Liberty Warehouse or The Public Hotel changes with every season and every hour. That’s why we always arrive with fresh eyes, deciding on the spot which editorial techniques and equipment will best capture your day. Whether it’s a bright summer afternoon or a moody, rainy evening, we are always ready for any condition to ensure your photos are perfect.
